West Michigan Aviation Academy seeks a dynamic, student-focused professional to join our team as a part-time or full-time Administrative Assistant.

WMAA is an innovative, academically rigorous charter high school with a focus on hands-on aviation and STEM education. Roles & Responsibilities: 

• Provide registrar-type support via the student intake process by reviewing student files, entering transcript data, and following up on records requests
• Facilitate data entry for academic records, to include online learning, dual enrollment, and transcript data
• Provide support for systems work, which may include state and districting,  student device tracking, and professional learning documentation
• Support department programs through the collection of forms, creation of materials and tracking of documents
• Serve as key point person for co-curricular learning opportunities, such as college rep visits 
• Review & update presentations
• Complete clerical tasks, as needed
• Complete tasks as assigned from leadership, providing support for both scheduled and in-the-moment needs
